If you’re looking for a reliable and powerful solar charger, the Anker 24W 3-Port USB Portable Solar Charger is a great option. I decided to get one of these after my old solar charger stopped working as well as it used to, and I’m very impressed with the performance of this product. It’s perfect for camping trips or any time when you need to charge your devices but don’t have access to a power outlet.
My Experience With Anker 24W Solar Charger
These Anker 24W solar panels work great, but you need to make sure they’re getting direct sunlight. The panels need to be in the sun, not just in a sunny spot.
Aim the panels directly at the sun (the opposite direction of the shadow cast) and move them every 2-3 hours to make sure they’re still getting direct sunlight. The instructions do mention that they won’t work well in cloudy weather. I was able to charge a 20k mAh battery during the day.
