I found the DOKIO 160W solar panel kit to be extremely versatile. It can charge 12v batteries, power stations, AGM LiFePo4 RV, camping trailers, and cars. It is also very lightweight at only 9lb.When I first plugged it in, the charge was 14 volts at 7 amps, but as the battery filled up, that gradually tapered off. I propped the panels up against the car so they’d get good sun alignment, then plugged a 12-volt cooler into the car’s cigarette lighter socket and my USB phone into the charge controller.
The controller had no problem handling that extra load. Paging through the display showed accurate readings for all inputs and loads. The panels’ open-circuit voltage was 22.5, so even though the case doesn’t have those little loops to hang the panels with, I’m VERY happy with this kit.
